There are methods to plant the seed paper:

Seed paper planting method (Water method)

1 . Put the paper on a saucer or flower pot and water it to make it wet. Or soak the seeds for 30 minutes, then place them in a pot with soil, tear off a layer to expose the seeds, and cover with a thin layer of soil.
2 . Properly maintain moisture, the seeds will germinate within 3-10 days.
